Veterans Education Benefits

The Registrar's Office in Philadelphia and Suwanee, and the Financial Aid Office in Moultrie, certify the enrollment of all eligible veterans, dependents and members of the Reserves and National Guard for their respective campuses.

The Department of Veterans Affairs determines the eligibility of each veteran. Benefits are dependent on the student's enrollment status at PCOM.

When will my certification claim be paid?

Initial certification claims are normally paid within 8-10 weeks of submission. Subsequent claims are paid on a monthly basis consistent with enrollment.

Yellow Ribbon Program

PCOM participates in the Veteran's Administration Yellow Ribbon Program.

Students who are eligible to receive VA benefits under the Post-9/11 GI bill may be considered to receive additional funds from PCOM under this program.
