Requests for transcripts must come from the student or alumnus and cannot be taken
from a third party. Requests may not be taken over the phone.
Electronic Transcripts (PDF)
Rapid delivery electronic transcripts are now available through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) for students and alumni who graduated 1998 and later. Please be aware there is a
$3 service fee associated with the delivery of electronic transcripts.
There is a five day processing time for all paper transcript requests. There is no
fee associated with this service.
Students and alumni with access can request to send or receive a paper copy of their
transcript via myPCOM. To submit a request, login and select "Self-Service" at the top right-hand corner
of the screen.

Students and alumni who can no longer access myPCOM may submit a request for transcripts
by completing our online Registrar Request Form and select "Transcripts" from the form request dropdown.
When submitting a transcript request, either online or via the internet transcript
request form, please ensure that mailing information is complete in order to avoid
any delays in processing. If a transcript is to be issued to another office at PCOM,
please be sure to include the office's name in the "Issue To" line.
