The Bursar’s Office manages tuition and fee billing and the subsequent collection of payments for all students enrolled in Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine at our Pennsylvania and Georgia locations.
The office distributes financial aid credit balance refunds for all students.
The collection of Perkins Loans, Alumni Loans, Primary Care Loans and Loans for Disadvantaged Students is managed by the Bursar’s Office. PCOM's third party loan servicing company, Heartland ECSI, services these loans.
The Bursar’s Office oversees OneCard and controls the access system at all locations. Additionally, the Bursar’s Office manages the parking registration for the Philadelphia campus and produces the ID badges for all students, faculty and staff at the Philadelphia campus.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Bursar's Office will have limited on-campus hours. Effective Aug. 31, 2020, the Bursar's Office will be open during the following times:
Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. - noon and 1-4:30 p.m.
Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - noon and 1-4:30 p.m.
In the event of severe inclement weather, the office may not be physically open or may close early. On severe inclement days, please reach out to the office before coming to campus.
If you are unable to come into the office during the above times, but need to see someone in person, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an appointment.
The Bursar's Office staff will continue to be working remotely during the times that the office is not physically open and can be reached by emailing email@example.com.
