The Bursar’s Office manages tuition and fee billing and the subsequent collection of payments for all students enrolled in Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine on both the Pennsylvania and Georgia campuses.
The office distributes financial aid credit balance refunds for all students.
The collection of Perkins Loans, Alumni Loans, Primary Care Loans and Loans for Disadvantaged Students is managed by the Bursar’s Office. PCOM's third party loan servicing company, Heartland ECSI, services these loans.
The Bursar’s Office oversees OneCard and controls the access system across both campuses. Additionally, the Bursar’s Office
manages the parking registration for the Philadelphia campus and produces the ID badges
for all students, faculty and staff at the Philadelphia campus.

Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.*
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
* during the summer term, Thursday hours are 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
