Room Set-Up

The Environmental Services Division of Plant Operations performs room, table and chair set-ups for events and special occasions.

These requests must be made in writing, either by email or memo, at least seven days prior to the event or occasion. No verbal requests will be accepted. Requests may be submitted as follows:

  • Login to myPCOM.
  • Click on the “Documents & Forms” tab in the left-hand menu.
  • Scroll down to the “PCOM Facilities Related Forms” section.
  • Click “Set-up Room Request Form” to download the PDF.
  • Submit the completed form per the instructions detailed in the PDF.
