The Environmental Services Division of Plant Operations performs room, table and chair
set-ups for events and special occasions.
These requests must be made in writing, either by email or memo, at least seven days
prior to the event or occasion. No verbal requests will be accepted. Requests may
be submitted as follows:
- Login to myPCOM.
- Click on the “Documents and Forms” section in the left-hand menu.
- Scroll down to the “PCOM Facilities Related Forms” section.
- Click “Setup Room Request Form” to download the Microsoft Word document.
- Submit the completed form per the instructions detailed in the document.
