Eli Bress, DO, resident, otolaryngology and Matthew Brennan, DO, resident, otolaryngology, co-authored “Vocal Fold Paresis and Voice Outcomes following Vocal Fold Mass Excision,” which was published in the Journal of Voice.

Grzegorz Gorski, MD, PhD, senior research technician, biochemistry and molecular biology; Mindy George-Weinstein, PhD, chief research and science officer; Arturo Bravo Nuevo, PhD, associate professor, neuroscience; Rushil Brahmbhatt, MS ’20, research assistant, bio-medical sciences; Jake Bernstein, MS ’20, research assistant, bio-medical sciences; Christopher Sutera (DO `24); Paul Lecker (DO `22); Jessica Kim (DO `22); Monica Anne Faye Villegas (DO `24); Eric Gdovin (DO `25) and Nathan Morrison (DO `22) co-authored “A Functional and Histological Analysis of Oxygen Sensitivity During the Critical Period of Retina Development,” which was published in the journal Investigative Ophthalmology and Visual Science.

Anna Klunk (DO `24) was the first author of the article “Rapid Return to Normal Activities at a Residential Summer Camp During the COVID-19 Pandemic,” which was published in the journal Zeitschrift für Gesundheitswissenschaften (Journal of Public Health).

Mark LaGreca, DO `21, resident, orthopedic surgery, was the first author of “Characterizing the Magnitude of and Risk Factors for Functional Limb Lengthening in Patients Undergoing Primary Total Knee Arthroplasty,” which was published in the HSS Journal.

Hua Ling, PharmD, associate professor, pharmacy practice, was co-author of “Identification and Simultaneous Determination of the Main Toxical Pyrrolizidine Alkaloids in a Compound Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine: Qianbai Biyan Tablet,” which was published in the International Journal of Analytical Chemistry.

Ian Madison (DO `22) was co-author of “Cystitis Cystica Et Glandularis Causing Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms in a 29-Year-Old Male,” which was published in the journal Cureus.

Edo-Abasi McGee, PharmD, assistant professor, pharmacy practice, was co-author of “Addressing and Inspiring Vaccine Confidence in Black, Indigenous, and People of Color During the Coronavirus Disease 2019 Pandemic,” which was published in the journal Open Forum Infectious Diseases.

Shuchi Sehgal (DO `24) was co-author of the article “What Should We Cover Beyond Gross Disease With Radiation Therapy for Localized Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC): Proposal of an Innovative and Standardized Clinical Tumor Volume (CTV) for PDAC of the Head – The Triangle,” which was published in the International Journal of Radiation Oncology Biology Physics.

Taha Siddiqui (DO `23) was a co-author of the article “Supporting Geriatric Patients During the Global Pandemic,” which was published in the journal Academic Medicine.

Lauren Steiner (MS/Biomed `22) was co-author of “Plant-Premoninant Eating Patterns - How Effective Are They For Treating Obesity and Related Cardiometabolic Health Outcomes? - A Systematic Review,” which was published in the journal Nutrition Reviews.

Marina Tadrosse (DO `24) was co-author of the article “Epidemiologic Analysis of Mucinous Adenocarcinoma of the Eyelid: A Population-Based Analysis, 2000-2017,” which was published in the journal Investigative Ophthalmology and Visual Science.

Cassandra Yeboah (DO `22) and Nailah Harvey (DO `22) were the first authors of the article “The Impact of COVID-19 on Teledermatology: A Review,” which was published in the journal Dermatology Clinics.

Dianzheng Zhang, PhD, professor, biochemistry and molecular biology, was co-author of “Oxidized Low-Density Lipoprotein Links Hypercholesterolemia and Bladder Cancer Aggressiveness by Promoting Cancer Stemness,” which was published in the journal Cancer Research.
