1098-T Forms

PCOM has contracted with Heartland ECSI to produce your 1098-T form. The 1098-T form was mailed out to you by the January 31 deadline. If you did not receive your 1098-T, you will need to visit Heartland ECSI to download your form.

OBTAIN YOUR 1098-T

To access your 1098-T form:

  • Visit Heartland ECSI to sign in or create an online profile.
  • Once you are signed in you will need to connect your account using your Heartland Key if you haven’t already done so. If you do not have your Heartland Key, you will need to click the "Find My Heartland Key" link.
  • Next, click on your Heartland Key under "Tax Documents and Information."
  • Any tax forms available for your school will be displayed here.
  • Select 'View/Print Statement' next to the desired form to view.

Please note that you will need to make sure your pop-up blockers are turned off to access the form.
