Hassman Academic Center—named in honor of Howard A. Hassman, DO '83—houses classrooms, faculty offices, research laboratories as well as two amphitheaters: the Ginsburg Amphitheater, named for Rose K. Ginsburg, the mother of late PCOM board member Harry Ginsburg, DO '42, whose generous gift transformed the lecture hall into a state-of-the-art facility; and the Zedeck Family Amphitheater, named for Murray Zedeck, DO '62, and his family in honor of Dr. Zedeck's charitable giving to the College.
The building is also home to PCOM’s modern osteopathic manipulative medicine laboratory, the anatomy laboratory, Office of the Dean, Student Affairs, Admissions and the O.J. Snyder Memorial Library.
