Working as a freelance interpreter, Renee Burns (MS/ODL) experienced firsthand the lack of equity and access for the deaf community. PCOM's commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion was an appealing factor for her when choosing a leadership degree program. Earning a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership has equipped Burns with the knowledge and skills to improve existing programs and develop new systems of change within her career.
