Faculty Members Achieve Board Certifications

Candis McGraw, PharmD		Deepa Patel, PharmD, BCPS

Two PCOM School of Pharmacy faculty members recently obtained new board certifications. Candis McGraw, PharmD is now board certified in ambulatory medicine and Deepa Patel, PharmD, BCPS is now board certified in critical care.

Dr. McGraw, whose practice and research interests include diabetes, hypertension and high-risk patient populations, received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Temple University School of Pharmacy in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and currently serves as an assistant professor of pharmacy practice.

Dr. Patel, also an assistant professor of pharmacy practice, obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. Her practice and research interests include medical and neuroscience intensive care, cardiology and emergency medicine.
