Given the rapidly changing economic, political, and social environment in which PCOM operates, the President’s Cabinet determined that a three (3) year plan, rather than a traditional five (5) year plan, offered greater flexibility and opportunities to adapt to a world that is constantly in motion.
The Executive Leadership Team met over the course of several months to outline the plan elements and, through Working Groups comprised of faculty, staff, and students, crafted the 2028 plan. The PCOM Board of Trustees approved the plan at its meeting on May 21, 2025.
