The PCOM 2020 strategic plan identified five strategic themes to drive the College’s
growth both physically and academically. The plan included the expansion of training
opportunities for students; exploring new revenue streams for the College to reduce
tuition dependency; capitalizing on the College’s osteopathic heritage; and enhancing
its national reputation for educational excellence.
This strategic plan formally ended at the close of the 2020 fiscal year. PCOM will
continue to assess the outcomes and build upon what has been accomplished. The process
of setting new priorities is already underway and PCOM will continue to identify opportunities
to solidify its position as a leader in osteopathic medicine, health and behavioral
health.
