Order Your White Coat

As your white coat ceremony date approaches, the Office of Student Affairs will email instructions regarding how to order your white coat. As the date approaches, additional details about the ceremony and coat ordering process will also be shared by email and posted on this website. 

We ask that all students please take note of the following:

  • Deadline: There will be a strict deadline for submitting your coat size to ensure it is ready in time.
  • Returning Students: If you received your white coat last year, you are welcome to participate in the ceremony, but you will not receive a new coat.
  • Late Admits: If you are admitted late and miss the deadline, we will have a limited selection of sizes available. However, please still submit your size so we can plan accordingly and order additional coats if needed.
  • Replacement or Additional White Coats: If you need a replacement or an additional coat, please follow the steps outlined in the Ordering Options section. Replacement and additional coats will be at the expense of the student.

White Coat Sizing Guide

Please follow these guidelines when selecting your white coat size.

  • Carefully read all instructions on how to measure yourself correctly.
  • You are responsible for selecting your correct size.
  • No exchanges will be available—we will not have extra sizes on hand.
  • No try-on coats will be provided.
  • If you previously participated in a White Coat Ceremony, note that this coat may be a different style from your first one.
  • This style is not fitted—depending on your body type, it may fit perfectly or feel looser in some areas.

Sizing Tips

  • Choose your true size or size up if you want extra room for layers or possible alterations.
  • Small frame: Consider sizing down.
  • Broad shoulders or long arms: Consider sizing up if you often have fit issues in those areas.
  • Coats are designed to fit loosely, allowing room for clothing underneath. They are not meant to be buttoned fully.

Note: Any alterations are the student’s responsibility and expense.

Ordering Options

Follow these steps to order an additional coat or a replacement coat:

  1. Order a coat from a vendor of your choosing.
  2. If you would like to order the default school coat (which might not be the same as your original one), visit the Pulse Uniform website and choose the Adar 31 Inches Classic Three Pocket Unisex Consultation Coat.
    • Verify the Item #: (AD-805)
    • Select white as the color
    • Select your size (Use the size chart on the Pulse Uniform website)
  3. Once you receive your coat, take it to your designated campus vendor to get it embroidered. Each vendor has the following brand-compliant items:
    • PCOM logo
    • PCOM college patch
    • Individual PCOM program patches
    • PCOM specific fonts
    • PCOM thread colors and,
    • All other college standards that come on your coat.
