The Memory Center at PCOM
Designed for both patients and caregivers, The Memory Center at PCOM provides diagnostic services, treatment planning and proactive care strategies to Philadelphia community members facing dementia. Located in Rowland Hall on PCOM's Philadelphia campus, the Memory Center houses medical and psychological support services. The Center's mission is to detect and treat early cognitive decline through accurate diagnosis, timely intervention and personalized support—improving quality of life and offering hope for patients and families.
