This session is designed to highlight the remarkable paths of PCOM faculty. Dr. Lees will share her professional journey in pharmacy, including how she discovered her passion for ambulatory care and the experiences that shaped her commitment to patient-centered practice.
She will reflect on the defining moments, challenges, and growth that influenced her career and her approach to teaching. Students will hear firsthand how she developed her clinical expertise, how she stays grounded in service, and what she believes future pharmacists need to thrive in an ever-evolving healthcare landscape.
