ASHLEY BARLEV, MD, PHD

Dr. Barlev is an assistant professor in the Department of Bio-Medical Sciences in the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Program. She teaches pathology and is involved in academic counseling and COMLEX preparation for second-year DO students. Her research interests include immunology, molecular pathology, and medical education.

Dr. Barlev completed her MD and PhD at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. She went on to complete her Clinical Pathology residency and Molecular Genetic Pathology fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
