Students attending PCOM's Philadelphia campus may sign up for one of several parking plans through the Access Control Office:
Philadelphia campus students can elect 24/7 parking for an additional fee in either the Parking Garage or the outdoor Monument Road Parking Lot.
Only annual periods can be purchased for the Parking Garage. The annual period is from August 1 through July 31. Please note that there are limited spaces available and spaces will be assigned on a first come basis.
Parking is available at a monthly fee, and you can purchase as many months as needed.
Visit PCOM Parking (Philadelphia Campus) Web Store to apply for parking options and pay the appropriate fees. Please allow one to two business days for your parking to be activated.
Register your vehicle through the Access Control Vehicle Registration Form (Google Form).
All Philadelphia campus students have free parking during certain times in either the Parking Garage or the Monument Road Outdoor Lot. Free parking is available from 3:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. on weekdays and all day on Saturdays and Sundays.
If you are a tenant in the Meta Christy House, you automatically receive free 24/7 parking in the Outdoor Monument Road Lot as part of your lease agreement.
The Philadelphia campus parking utilizes an anti-pass back system. Parking works on a "one in - one out" policy.
It is important to always swipe in at the entrance, and out at the exit, regardless if the gates are up or down. If you do not follow this procedure it is likely you may be denied your next entry or exit.
There are no refunds for Monument Parking if the month has already started.
Refunds for garage parking are granted only when on leave and will be prorated starting the first of the month after leave begins.
