The White Coat Ceremony is a special event that marks the beginning of medical students' transition into the profession. Match Day celebration is an event where graduating medical students learn where they have been placed for residency training through the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). Students receive their results simultaneously during a formal gathering with classmates, faculty, family and friends.
