JACQUELINE D. KLOSS, PHD 
Professor

Dr. Kloss is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in sleep health. Over the past 25 years of her career, she has been dedicated to promoting sleep education and helping individuals overcome their sleep problems. Dr. Kloss adheres to a scientist-practitioner model with a cognitive-behavioral approach. Her clinical expertise has primarily focused on the delivery of cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia, working with individuals across the lifespan from late adolescence through older adulthood. Dr. Kloss also served as an active member of Radnor High School’s Adolescent Sleep School Start Time Committee and is an advocate for healthy school start times for teens. She is passionate about optimizing health sleep as a way of achieving physical and mental well-being.

Dr. Kloss strives to create an energetic and collaborative learning environment in the classroom. She seeks to cultivate a climate of inclusiveness and mutual respect to encourage open dialogue, engage critical thinking, and foster a better understanding of complex and challenging concepts and problems. Dr. Kloss serves as an instructor, clinical supervisor, and dissertation mentor.
