Lead all assessment, strategic planning and administrative functions of a community-wide collaborative which is a private public partnership of more than 800 social and community minded organizations and manage the daily operation of an extensive computerized community information and referral service staffed entirely by volunteers; coordinate the activities of a 56-member board of directors who actively participate on various internal and external programs and councils. Provides training for other non-profits and various state and other groups. Oversee volunteer make a difference day – Gwinnett Greats Days of Service – over 100,000 volunteers. Oversee neighborhood leadership program. Oversee non-profit CEO roundtable. Oversee Drug Free Community Coalition. Host own cable TV show – People Helping People; Keynote speaker at many community functions. Grant writing and fundraising.

First professor hired in Georgia for ODL program. Teach several Master’s Level courses and serve as a Capstone Advisor for graduating students.
