DAWN HOLDEN WOODS, CPA, MPA
Clinical Assistant Professor
Dawn Holden Woods, CPA, MPA, has over 20 years of experience in both nonprofit and
for-profit sectors. She is thrilled to bring her strategy, execution and leadership
expertise to PCOM's Department of Organizational Development and Leadership as a clinical assistant professor.
In addition to being a faculty member at PCOM, Dawn is the Founder and President of
Generative Consulting Partners, a consulting firm designed to help social sector partners
create authentic, people-centered solutions that enable leaders and organizations
to unlock their full potential. Her consulting work is rooted in guiding leaders to
experience transformational growth.
She believes that organizations can only be as strong as their leader, which means
they need to demonstrate high emotional intelligence and effective communication strategies.
Her work involves coaching population health leaders to develop these characteristics
while inspiring organizational growth and collaboration.
Dawn currently sits on multiple boards and has received many awards, such as 40 under
40 and Minority Business leader in 2020. Her education includes a bachelor's degree
in accounting from Lincoln University and a master's degree in public administration
from the University of Pennsylvania.
