CARRIE LOPER, MS, PA-C
Assistant Professor
Carrie Loper, MS/PA '18, PA-C, joined the PCOM Physician Assistant program in January
2026 as an assistant professor. She completed her undergraduate education at the Georgia
Institute of Technology, earning a bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering with High
Honor. She went on to attend the PCOM Georgia Physician Assistant program in Suwanee,
GA, graduating in 2018.
Loper is a nationally board certified physician assistant and has practiced clinically
for over seven years in general cardiology and heart failure. In addition to her clinical
work, she has previously served the Physician Assistant program as a guest lecturer
and clinical preceptor, contributing to both didactic and clinical education. She
maintains an active clinical practice and holds a Physician Assistant license in the
state of Georgia.
