Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is committed to excellence in women’s health care. We provide training in primary and preventive health care for women, as well as management of the reproductive process, diseases of the reproductive system and post-reproductive disorders.

Our program combines rigorous academics with hands-on training to produce medical professionals focused on finding the best solutions for their patients.

By integrating osteopathic principles and practice, we prepare our students, interns and residents to treat the whole person—not just the symptoms. That holistic approach is an integral part of our efforts to educate future leaders in our specialty and advance knowledge in our field.
