Community Wellness Initiative (CWI) supports efforts to serve the communities of all PCOM locations. For more information, contact cwi@pcom.edu.
Faculty, staff and students may apply for funding to support community outreach projects by completing a funding request form. The form, budget sheet and additional information are available under the "Funding Support - Community Outreach Projects" sections on the student resources and the employee resources pages on myPCOM.
Community organizers can complete the Event Participation Request Form to request PCOM students, faculty and staff for blood pressure screenings, health education workshops or other volunteer services. For other inquiries, email cwi@pcom.edu.
