Interim Chief Financial Officer

C. Andrew Mueller, MBA, serves as the interim chief financial officer and controller for Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). In these roles he leads all facets of the institution’s financial operations—including accounting, payroll, budgeting, grants management, compliance reporting, accounts payable, and student accounting—and oversees preparation of the PCOM Foundation’s consolidated financial statements.

Mueller is responsible for ensuring that internal controls and accounting policies are properly maintained and monitors financial systems and reports so that they accurately reflect the college’s financial position. He also serves as a member of PCOM’s cabinet.

Mueller has spent more than 30 years advancing PCOM’s financial stewardship. He previously served as PCOM's accounting manager in the Office of the Treasurer. He later became director of financial reporting and planning. In 2024, he was promoted to the role of controller at PCOM. Through these successive leadership positions, Mueller has helped shape PCOM’s financial strategies and reporting for more than three decades.
