Dr. Marcine Pickron-Davis is a mission-driven senior executive and seasoned thought leader in academic medicine and health care. She currently serves as the Chief Campus and Community Partnerships Officer where she leads strategic initiatives that align institutional resources with community health priorities, clinical education, and public impact.

With over 20 years of executive leadership experience, Dr. Pickron-Davis has a proven track record of driving organizational transformation, leading inclusive strategic planning, and advancing mission-focused partnerships across complex, multi-campus environments. Her expertise lies in change management, stakeholder engagement, and building consensus across diverse constituencies—including healthcare executives, board members, academic leaders, and nonprofit partners.

Nationally recognized for her leadership in strengthening campus and workplace culture, Dr. Pickron-Davis has been instrumental in shaping organizational change to reflect diverse perspectives and improve patient and community outcomes. She advises boards and senior leadership on embedding health equity into business strategy as a driver for innovation, competitive advantage, and sustainable growth.

Since joining PCOM in 2017, Dr. Pickron-Davis has overseen enterprise-wide initiatives to strengthen institutional relationships with local communities, expand clinical training sites, and forge strategic alliances to address social drivers of health. Her collaborative approach enhances both the educational mission and the long-term strategic vision of the institution.

Dr. Pickron-Davis is committed to “giving back” and serves on the Boards of Eagleville Hospital, the Women’s Nonprofit Leadership Institute, and Blacks Educating Blacks about Sexual Health Issues (BEBASHI).

Prior to PCOM, she served as the inaugural Chief Community Engagement and Diversity Officer at Widener University. During her 13-year tenure, she elevated Widener’s national civic engagement profile, led award-winning partnerships with the Chester community, and implemented university-wide diversity initiatives that influenced institutional policy and culture.

Dr. Pickron-Davis is the recipient of numerous accolades, including the American Heart Association Woman of Impact Nominee (2025), Penn State Brandywine Alumni Lifetime Achievement Award (2024), Modern Healthcare’s Top Diversity Leader (2023), the Diversity in Business award from the Philadelphia Business Journal (2023), and the Top 35 Women in Higher Education by Diverse Issues in Higher Education (2020). She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, an MSW from Temple University, and a BA from The Pennsylvania State University.
