Welcome to the Registrar's Office. We are Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine’s academic historians and record keepers.

We serve PCOM alumni and current students for the main campus in Philadelphia as well as our branch campus in Georgia, and it is our responsibility to:

  • Provide transcripts
  • Provide enrollment and degree verifications
  • Provide documentation for fellowship applications
  • Complete state licensing forms
  • Complete name and address changes

In addition, the Registrar’s Office team schedules courses, maintains class lists, oversees class registration and assists students in registering, provides graduation information, directs the scheduling of campus facilities, and provides statistical reporting for the institution.

Whether you visit us in Rowland Hall on the Philadelphia campus or Northlake on the Georgia campus, call us, email us, or visit our web pages, our goal is to provide the necessary help. Our allegiance is to the students, alumni, and faculty of PCOM, and we strive to maintain data privacy and to ensure the accuracy, security and integrity of academic records past and present.

Our goal is to be helpful while also to ensure that we operate in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), protecting individual rights and privacy.
