The Registrar's office in Philadelphia and the Financial Aid office in Georgia certify the enrollment of all eligible veterans, dependents, and members of the Reserves and National Guard who choose to use their veterans education benefits.
The Department of Veterans Affairs determines the eligibility of each veteran. Benefits are dependent on the student's enrollment status at PCOM.

Initial certification claims are normally paid within 8-10 weeks of submission. Subsequent claims are paid on a monthly basis consistent with enrollment.

PCOM participates in the Veteran's Administration Yellow Ribbon Program.
