JEREL A. HOPKINS, ESQUIRE
Vice Chairman, Board of Trustees
Jerel A. Hopkins, Esquire, currently serves as vice chairman of the PCOM Board of
Trustees; he joined the Board in 2012.
Mr. Hopkins is a managing director and former senior vice president and associate
general counsel of Delaware Management Holdings (DMI), a diversified asset management
firm. He has been with the firm since November 2004.
Prior to that, Mr. Hopkins served as an attorney in the corporate and securities department
of a large Philadelphia law firm. He has also served as senior counsel in the division
of enforcement and litigation of the Pennsylvania Securities Commission where he led
the Commission’s Internet Fraud unit.
Mr. Hopkins earned his bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School of the University
of Pennsylvania and his juris doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law.
