The Department of Medical Humanities provides instruction in medical ethics for all of the College’s programs. We cover topics including consent, professionalism, privacy, end-of-life care, delivering bad news and disclosing medical errors.
Our goal is to teach students how to practice their profession in a way that fulfills their ethical and professional responsibilities to patients, the patient’s family, the community and society as a whole.
