Happier You is a 7-week group program designed to teach participants how to increase feelings of happiness in their lives. Research shows that the happier we are, the better we take care of ourselves and our health.
Each week has a different happiness theme. We will cover positive events, accomplishments, personal strengths, gratitude, humor and kindness. In-group activities will be fun and positive. The program also asks that you complete different happiness activities in between sessions to work out your “happiness muscles.”
