Join PCOM for a five hour continuing medical education seminar on pediatric medicine topics.

Objectives

Upon completion of this program, participants should be able to:

  • Recall current recommendations for infant food introduction.
  • Provide strategies to implement transition readiness tools in pediatric practices caring for young adults with special health care needs.
  • Provide strategies to implement transition readiness tools in pediatric practices caring for young adults with special health care needs.
  • Understand new strategies in treating common dermatologic conditions.
  • Identify areas in which your practice setting could improve the experience of children with Autism Spectrum and other Sensory disorders.

Physicians

Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine designates this program for a maximum of five hours of AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s
participation in this activity.

All faculty participating in continuing medical education programs sponsored by PCOM are expected to disclose to the program audience whether they do or do not have any real or apparent conflict(s) of interest or other relationships related to the content of their presentation(s).

Parking

Parking Information

On-campus parking is available in our five-level garage which you can enter from either Monument or Stout Road. The parking fee is a tiered rate starting at $6 for up to four hours. Please take a ticket when entering the garage as you will use it to pay and exit the garage. Pay kiosks are located near the garage elevators and take both cash and credit cards. Registration fee of $150.

Physician assistants and other healthcare professionals
Registration fee of $100.

Current PCOM faculty, staff and students
Registration is free.

These fees include continental breakfast. Registration is limited on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be confirmed without tuition fee.

Registration fees for Saturday programs are not refundable, nor can they be credited for future programs.
