Join PCOM for the 2022 Family Medicine CME Conference, a continuing medical education seminar and held at the Hershey Lodge in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Attendees are welcome to bring their families to enjoy fun activities as well as Hersey Park at discounted rates.

The group rate is: $309 per room per night plus 11% taxes.
Credit cards are charged a one night's advance deposit including tax at time of booking a room reservation.
Hershey Park discounted admission tickets will be available at the box office concierge desk, and the hotel provides a free shuttle to the park.
The Hershey Lodge features indoor/outdoor pools, sauna and whirlpool, fitness facility, miniature golf, game room and other activities.
The cost of the Hershey Park tickets will be added to your guest room. Payment for these tickets can be settled with the front desk upon arrival or check out.

Main Line Health is accredited by the Pennsylvania Medical Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine designates this program for a maximum of 8 hours of AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.
Main Line Health designates this live educational activity for a maximum of twenty (20) AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the educational activity.
