Interested in developing skills to enhance and advance your career? Through our Organizational Development and Leadership (ODL) program, you will learn how to deliver results by efficiently and effectively assessing and managing workplace challenges.
As a student at Georgia Campus - Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (GA-PCOM), you can pursue a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Organizational Leadership or enhance your skills with a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) or Certificate of Graduate Studies (CGS) in Organizational Development and Leadership (ODL).
For students who desire to pursue the full Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership, you can take up to two-thirds of your ODL coursework on the Georgia campus and complete the MS-ODL degree requirements by traveling to our Philadelphia campus for the weekend face-to-face sessions which are complemented by interactive online delivery.
ODL practitioners are positioned to influence change as executives, administrators or as individual contributors collaborating across organizations to deliver optimal results. Upon completion of your studies, you will have the skills to:
Experienced faculty and professional peers share current, real-world scenarios, which students can apply directly to their workplace.
Taught within an osteopathic medical school, the program offers a "whole system" approach, which takes into account the interrelated parts of an organization and how change impacts throughout.
Designed to accommodate working professionals, classes meet on nights and weekends with additional instruction delivered online.
