Dr. Delp completed his medical education at the Kirksville College of Osteopathic
Medicine in 1975 and his postgraduate education at Doctors Hospital in Tucker, Georgia.
He established a practice in Loganville, Georgia, providing care to that community
for 36 years.
Delp joined the faculty of PCOM Georgia part time as assistant clinical professor
of osteopathic manipulative medicine in 2005. In 2012 he accepted an appointment as
full time assistant professor of OMM. Dr. Delp has held clinical faculty appointments
with WVSOM and Emory School of Medicine. He is board certified in Family Medicine
and OMM by the ABOFP and board eligible in clinical lipidology. He has experience
in sports medicine, having served as team physician for the Loganville High School
football program for 29 years. He also served as part of the Road Atlanta Medical
Staff for many years.
He enjoys both the clinical aspects of seeing patients and privilege of passing on
skills to future physicians.
