Mary M. Austin, MSN, RN, NHA is an expert in aging and long term care administration with over three decades of professional experience. With a keen eye for excellence, she has had progressively advancing levels of operational responsibility and notable successes as a leader, a consultant and an educator. Austin is recognized for a collaborative, people-driven approach and a firm understanding of the alignment of quality with overall organizational success.
Mary Austin received her Bachelor of Science degree from Neumann University and a Masters in Nursing Administration from Villanova University, having received high academic honors from both institutions. She was appointed to the associate faculty of University of Pennsylvania, School of Nursing in 2006. She is licensed in Pennsylvania as a Registered Nurse and as a Nursing Home Administrator. In 2009, Austin became a Johnson and Johnson Fellow in the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
