Corrective and Planned Maintenance
Plant Operations is responsible for ensuring heating, air conditioning and other equipment
functions properly. We perform preventative maintenance in addition to handling other
maintenance requests.
REQUEST MAINTENANCE
Plant Operations uses SchoolDude for the submission and management of maintenance requests. At least one person in
each department should have access to SchoolDude. To request access, contact Plant
Operations.
PCOM
Please submit all requests for maintenance using a SchoolDude work order. If there is an immediate need for service, submit a SchoolDude work order and also
call the Plant Operations Department at 215-871-6750. If you are unable to speak to someone, please call Public Safety from 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. After 4 p.m., contact the duty engineer at 610-305-5662.
PCOM Georgia
Please submit all requests for maintenance using a SchoolDude work order. In the event there is an immediate need for service, submit a SchoolDude
work order and also call the PCOM Georgia Plant Operations Department at 678-225-7458. If you are unable to reach someone, please call 215-805-9050.

Work requests are categorized as follows:
Emergency
Maintenance emergencies include health hazards, safety hazards or severe damage. If
there is a maintenance emergency, contact Plant Operations immediately:

Public safety personnel can quickly communicate with Plant Operations staff.
Urgent
Any maintenance issue that interferes with a department’s ability to perform its primary
duties is considered urgent. Plant Operations will respond to these requests within
24 hours of notification.
Routine
Routine service calls include inconvenient and problematic maintenance situations.
These issues will be addressed within eight working days of notification.
Deferred
This category includes minor repairs, seasonal work and facility improvements. This
work will be scheduled when approved by the Chief Facilities Officer.
