As of March 28, 2016, the Roxborough Center has merged with the Family Medicine at PCOM practice.

We will continue to serve our patients, and can be reached at 215-483-3800.

The office is easily accessible by public transportation. Parking is available in the PCOM parking garage for $5.

Physician schedule:

  • Dr. Joan Grzybowski is at the Roxborough Memorial Hospital Medical Office Building on Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesdays; on Thursdays and Fridays, she is at the City Avenue office.
  • Dr. Larry Finkelstein and Dr. Charmaine Chan are only seeing patients at the City Avenue office.
