Take our campus tour!!
The Georgia campus of PCOM offers one professional degree and one master degree with a one year certificate option: the four-year doctor of osteopathic medicine program; a two-year Master of Science degree in biomedical sciences; and a one-year certificate of graduate study in biomedical sciences. Many students use the certificate program to enhance the credentials for entrance into professional schools.
PCOM has applied to the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education to begin a four-year Doctor of Pharmacy program at the Georgia campus beginning August 2010.
A pre-physician assistant studies curriculum at Brenau University in Gainesville Ga., is linked to a unique master's degree program in physician assistant studies at PCOM.
The branch campus in Suwanee, Ga., which opened its doors in August 2005, is the only branch of the more than 100-year old Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. The campus is situated in Gwinnett County on 20 acres 27 miles north of mid-city Atlanta. All academic programs, library, labs and offices are housed under one roof in a 150,000 sq. ft. building.
The branch campus enrolls 80 students in the osteopathic medicine program each year; more than 60 in the biomedical sciences program and anticipates enrolling 75 in the pharmacy program.
