On behalf of the faculty, staff and administration of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, we extend congratulations and best wishes to our graduates and their families on this memorable occasion.

We are pleased to announce that PCOM's 11th Graduate Programs Commencement will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at the Academy of Music, Broad and Locust Streets, Philadelphia, PA.

This website will provide you with details about the ceremony, the rehearsal, the dinner dance celebration, tickets, caps and gowns, travel and hotel accommodations. Updates will be posted when new information is available, and you will be referred to the appropriate section, so please visit the site often.

Instructions for Mandatory Graduation Form:
Due to the fact that the Mandatory Graduation Intent Information Form must be completed all at one time, we have listed some information that you will be required to have in order to complete the form. Please review the following INSTRUCTIONS before completing the form indicated below.

Mandatory Graduation Form:
By January 29, please complete and return the graduation intent form click here by e-mail to the Office of the Registrar so we can order your diploma and formalize the official Commencement Program.

Publicity Form
Graduates: By June 25, 2010, please complete and return the following publicity form to the Office of Marketing and Communications if you would like a press release prepared and sent on your behalf. Once you hit "Submit" at the end of the form it will automatically be electronically sent to the correct individual.
