A summer job at a mental health center ignited Kim Arena's, MS/ODL, awareness of social justice issues. That experience along with a job fundraising for women's rights, helped Kim see the unique and complex roles nonprofits have in working toward social change. She was inspired to pursue a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership to deepen her influence in the nonprofit sector.
