MS in Organizational Development and Leadership

The Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership requires 36 credits of coursework including eight required courses (24 credits) and four elective courses (12 credits). Beginning with the 2016-2017 academic year, all courses are fully delivered on a weekend schedule, with additional project work completed online.
