A concentration in Organizational Leadership in the Biosciences opens doors to management and leadership opportunities within major corporations, hospitals and medical facilities.
As a student in our program, which is available at both campuses, you will learn to improve organizational and human effectiveness through coursework in organizational development and leadership (ODL), team dynamics, change theory and small and large system diagnosis. Additionally, you will develop and practice vital skills including:
By utilizing applied behavioral science principles, you will learn to inspire others and deliver results.
Each student is encouraged to apply theory presented in class to their work situation in an action learning laboratory.
Students learn and apply strategic organizational models and methods to understand and improve workplace culture in order to deliver organizational and individual results.
