Dr. Fleming is a 2011 graduate of A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is Board Certified in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine/Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine.

She joined the PCOM-GA campus faculty in July of 2014 as an Assistant Professor in the OMM Department. She teaches in the first and second year osteopathic manipulative medicine course. The course includes instruction on basic palpation, somatic dysfunction diagnosis, and treatment of the head, cervical, thoracic, lumbar, rib, pelvic, sacral, abdomen, upper and lower extremity regions. Osteopathic manipulative technique instruction includes HVLA, balanced ligamentous tension, muscle energy, myofascial release, counterstrain, articulatory, Still technique, soft tissue, visceral manipulation, lymphatic and autonomic techniques, and cranial osteopathy. The course also includes integration of OMM into the care of common outpatient and inpatient musculoskeletal and visceral complaints. Educational delivery includes preparing and presenting lectures and laboratory sessions, grading student practical exams, and table training for OTM lab sessions.

She is also the FM/OMM Clerkship Director and the SAAO Chapter Faculty Advisor at GA-PCOM.
