Jeanne Lorraine Zukas, DO, Schuylkill Haven, PA, was the recipient of the 2014 Humaneness in Medicine award presented by the Lehigh Medical Society. This award is presented to the resident who has best displayed the society’s ideals of outstanding compassion in the delivery of care, respect for patients, their families, and healthcare colleagues, as well as demonstrated clinical excellence.

James W. Bailey, Jr., DO, Mantua, NJ, was hired as assistant professor in the departments of physical medicine and rehabilitation and osteopathic manipulative medicine at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine.

Chadd K. Kraus, DO, Saint Marys, PA, was selected as chief medical officer for Penn Highlands Elk.

Timothy Peter Lowney, Jr., DO, Westwood, MA, joined Family Medical Associates of Canton and Seekonk, the practice founded by his father, Timothy P. Lowney, DO, MBA '77, 35 years ago.

Megan Marie Moran, DO, Bloomsburg, PA, joined Geisinger-Bloomsburg Pediatrics.

Michelle Noreski-Cassidy, DO, Philadelphia, PA, completed her sports medicine fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Noreski-Cassidy has joined Temple University as a sports medicine physician and assistant professor in the department of clinical orthopaedics and sports medicine. She is also a team physician for Temple’s football, basketball, and soccer programs.

Mary Anna Sanders, DO, Chattanooga, TN, joined the medical staff of Parkridge East Hospital.

Crystal Ann Terrill, DO (GA-PCOM), Macon, GA, joined the staff at The Longstreet Clinic's Center for Women's Health in Gainesville.

Himani R. Divatia, DO, Claymont, DE, was named the Dr. Gary Onady Award winner by the National Med-Peds Residents' Association for making extraordinary, lasting contributions to the success of the association and to the specialty of internal medicine-pediatrics on the regional and national levels.
