The department of Institutional Advancement at PCOM seeks an Alumni Engagement Coordinator to support and maintain the institution’s relationships with alumni. Reporting to the Director, Alumni Engagement, this position will be responsible for assisting in various facets of alumni activities, including event planning, volunteer management, and communications for both the Philadelphia and Georgia campuses. S/he will maintain and update the department's social media sites, Alumni blog, and web page.


Qualified applicants will have a bachelor’s degree and prior experience in a comparable position. The successful candidate will be proficient in online tools and databases including Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and have a demonstrated ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Must be willing to travel as needed and be available to work occasional evenings and weekends.
