The main College building, Evans Hall contains most of the classrooms, lecture halls and faculty offices as well as all of the faculty laboratories. A modern addition was built in 1996 that features a two-story atrium lobby with a large "flame of knowledge" rising up in the center.

The building houses state-of-the-art amphitheaters and classrooms - all equipped with the latest teaching technologies and some having distance learning capabilities. Evans Hall also contains a computer lab; an osteopathic manipulative medicine lab; and a renovated library with a computer room, reading room and access to more than 3,000 journals through its digital library. In addition, the Robert Berger, DO Clinical Learning and Assessment Center, a suite of exam rooms where students practice clinical and communication skills on actors posing as patients, is found on the first floor.

The Angus Gordon Cathie Collection, one of the finest anatomy museums in the world, is located in Evans Hall. The Dean's Office, Office of Admissions, Office of Student Affairs, and the departments of Radiology, Physician Assistant Studies and Educational Media are also found here.

A cafeteria and lounge area on the second floor give students a place to relax in between classes. Outside Evans Hall is a courtyard filled with benches where students can take a break or socialize.

Evans Hall, completed in 1973, was named to honor the late H. Walter Evans, DO '17, for his many contributions to the College. Dr. Evans, professor of obstetrics at PCOM, played a key role in the planning and construction of the City Avenue campus.
