There are also two printers. To assist students, a computer technician is on duty in the lab Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. In addition, there are 20 computers located in a computer room on the second floor of the library. From all computers, students can access PCOM's Blackboard.com(sm) and Digital Library. Blackboard.com(sm) is the Web-based learning tool that PCOM instructors use to post course material, give students assignments, track their progress and link students to specific information on the Internet. PCOM's Digital Library gives students access to numerous databases, full-text electronic journals, and links to evaluated Internet sites and catalogs. For example, more than 3,000 journals are available through the Digital Library.
