The Registrar's office in Philadelphia and the Financial Aid office in Georgia certify
the enrollment of all eligible veterans, dependents, and members of the Reserves and
National Guard who choose to use their veteran's education benefits. The Department
of Veteran's Affairs determines the eligibility of each veteran. Benefits are dependent
on the student's enrollment status at PCOM.
If you are a new student at and would like to apply for veteran's education benefits
please submit Certificate of eligibility to:

Initial certification claims are normally paid within 8-10 weeks of submission. Subsequent
claims are paid on a monthly basis consistent with enrollment.
