Welcome to the Registrar's Office. Essentially, we are Philadelphia College of Osteopathic
Medicine’s academic historians and record keepers. We serve PCOM alumni and current
students for the main campus in Philadelphia as well as our branch campus in Georgia,
and it is our responsibility to provide transcripts, current grades and enrollment
and degree verifications upon request. In addition, the staff of the Registrar’s office
schedules courses and maintains class lists, manages class registration and assists
students in registering, creates and distributes grade reports, provides graduation
information and directs the scheduling of campus facilities.
Whether you visit us in Rowland Hall on the Philadelphia campus, call or email us,
or visit our web pages, our goal is to provide the necessary help and be good information
stewards for those we serve. Our allegiance is to the students, alumni, and faculty
of PCOM and to maintain data privacy and to ensure the accuracy, security and integrity
of academic records past and present.
In all of our transactions we strive to be helpful, but more importantly, to ensure
that we operate in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of
1974 (FERPA), protecting individual rights and privacy.
