Limiting:

There are other ways to limit your retrieval. For example, you can also limit the set to a specific age group or type of publication, such as a clinical trial, editorial or case report.

This is done by using the at the top of the Main Search Page.

You can also use the Limit Icon to apply limits to a set other than the last one.
